Power and Death in the Context of Reality in the Philosophy of E. Junger

     Abstract
The article considers the problem of the relationship between power and death in the philosophical doctrine of E. Junger. The connection between the Hegelian dialectics of the Master and the Slave and the relations of power and death in the teachings of E. Junger is shown. The work describes the philosopher’s position on the essence of the fear of death, fear of violence, before pain as the basis of relations of power and submission. The importance of the phenomenon of compassion in overcoming claims to dominance in the position of E. Junger is demonstrated. The evolution of the ideas of the philosopher leads to the question of symbolic death as the basis of the modern type of relationship between Domination and Subjugation. The connection of symbolic death and fear of exit from the consumption process is described. The connection with Baudrillard’s doctrine of labor as a “delayed” death is considered.

The Problem of Consciousness in the Light of Modern Science

The article considers modern studies of consciousness from the standpoint of natural science, in particular physics. Particular attention is paid to the intuitive (irrational) components of consciousness and their description using the tools of modern physics. The multilayered consciousness is shown, the features of each layer in the active work of thinking are revealed. Quantum theory is considered as the ontological foundations of the unity of the material and the ideal, which is able to detail the work of the mechanisms that control consciousness and are revealed in the philosophy of the Whitehead–Heisenberg creative process. It is shown that waking consciousness corresponds to the work of classical (Boolean) logic, and quantum logic manifests itself in a dream or during an illness, when consciousness is loosely connected in objective reality. The creation of artificial intelligence involves a more detailed and in-depth study of consciousness and the brain using modern science.

Key words: consciousness, quantum physics, reflection, consciousness of science, creative acts, quantum and classical logic, brain, language, philosophy of science.

The Logical Doctrine of the Stoic School: Main Aspects and Features

         Abstract
This article discusses a brief overview of the Stoic logical doctrine, their main aspects and features of logic. Also, in the paper, the main logical forms of inference, which all correct conclusions should consist of, are developed by the Stoics. The achievement of the stoic school in the study of the problem of logical following as a process is noted. The differences between the stoic and aristotelian logic are considered. The author cites a discussion between researchers, Prantl, Zeller and Broshar, who evaluate the problem of the ambiguous role of Stoic logic. The article indicates that stoic logic is the logic of language, the logic of statements, that it has a broader meaning than the modern understanding of the very content of logic. In conclusion, the use of the Stoic logical teaching is given, as well as its further influence on the natural sciences

Cryptography of Philosophical Text and the Problem of “Reading Philosophy”

The article is devoted to the discussion of the actual problem of the modern philosophical discourse — cryptography of the philosophical text. The idea is postulated that both classical and modern philosophical texts are hermetic, that is closed for understanding and therefore require decoding and interpretation. The approaches to the cryptography of the philosophical text on the part of modern Russian analysts are analysed, a preliminary conclusion is made about the insufficiency of the available analytical procedures for understanding the nature of the philosophical text. As an alternative, the concept of “reading philosophy” is proposed by V. Bibikhin who, relying on the ontological approach to language, tells about the event philosophy. Reading philosophy is the birth of an event of philosophical thought, and first of all, and only then a specific philosophical text, behind which there is a certain idea. According to the author, this approach to understanding the nature of the philosophical text can significantly expand the analytical arsenal of modern philosophical discourse. It is concluded that the future of philosophy is largely determined by the correctness of cryptographic interpretation of the previous tradition and the ability of modern philosophers to read philosophy as an event of thought.

Origins and Formation of Nuclear Ethos

     Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of creating nuclear weapons from the moral and ethical side: what is the purpose of creating these terrible weapons and what are the consequences of this after their use. Also, the statements of physicists who designed and created the nuclear bomb are given. Justified by the fact that Hitler could seize weapons of such a powerful scale for victory in World War II, various countries, including the USSR, created a nuclear bomb for their defense. But. looking at the current situation on Earth, there is a question: was it worth it? The safety of citizens of each country, in the first place, depends on the compromise solutions used by their representatives, and not on intimidating and creating military equipment.

Issues of Control in Municipal Adminis-tration

Control is one of the main directions in the municipal administration. Among the basic principles in the municipal control highlighted the legality. The contradictory aspects of the legislative base in determining the object of control in municipal government and the procedure for its implementation are the cause of the uncertainty of the competence of the local government. The need is noted for the formation in the Russian Federation of a single legal framework that would define the concept, types, forms, methods of financial control and regulate their areas of application, establish the rights and obligations of the supervisory authority, the mechanism and procedure for implementing the result of control in terms of eliminating the violations and redress applied to the state. damage Creating a modern effective system of municipal control with a unified regulatory framework will be the main effective use funds from the budget of the Russian Federation, including for purposes that include ensuring state security and the innovative development of the economy of the Russian Federation.

Rational and Irrational Decision Factors and Their Importance for Economic Forecasting

         Abstract
The article considers modern researches in the field of decision making in economics. Special attention is paid to the erroneous (irrational) decisions made by individuals and big companies. Psychological, cognitive and ontological causes of such decisions in economics are shown. The ontological grounds for false decisions are considered to be the non-equilibrium of social systems, the presence of random natural, social and psychological factors. The role of Machiavellian intelligence in economics and in poor decision making is shown. The equivalency of both intuitive and rationalistic methods of decision making is justified. It is shown that the methods of quick, intuitive, situational and creative decision making are of greater importance in the context of uncertainty, in a period of “turbulent economy”. The rationalistic methods based on mathematics and statistics are effective in the conditions of long-term economic stability.

Number, Destiny and Beauty: in Search of
Ontological Unity and Scientific Grounds

The article studies modern and ancient systems of “numerological thinking” considering various numerical (mathematical) values or relationships and ascribing them universal ontological significance. Some numerological and fortune-telling systems (Pythagorean, the divination system of the “Book of Changes”) are explained and compared with systems of scientific forecasting; their interpretation in the context of new scientific discoveries are also shown. The modern studies explaining the popularity of fortune telling systems today are reviewed. The research considers the limits of applicability of mathematics and the scientific effectiveness of the search for universal numerical patterns not only in physical, but also in dynamic and developing biological and social systems. In particular, the articles estimates the possibility and efficiency of mathematical forecasting (modeling) of economic processes and searches of a universal number of beauty through the idea of the “golden ratio” or Fibonacci numbers.

Information Society: Problems of Formation
and Development
Prospects

           Abstract
XX century, many philosophers call the “information age”. This is largely due to the computerization and informatization of society. The process of computerization and informatization is uneven in different countries and regions. Computerization of all spheres of human activity is now an imperative of social development. Without solving this task, humanistic transformations, economic development of society, capable of ensuring a decent life for all its citizens, are impossible. The process of computerization and mediatization is particularly intensively developing in the United States, Japan and Russia. In the transition to the information society, a number of philosophical problems arise that change the worldview of the modern person. The study of these changes in people’s minds was carried out by philosophers of the 20th century: M. Castells, E. Toffler, D. Bell, I.L. Inozemtsev, A.I. Rakitov.

Social Ontology: Problems and Prospects for Developmen

Currently, “social reality” is seen as communication between people. Most of the social processes taking place in the world are global in nature, that is, they can have both positive and negative trends in their development. Positive trends help the subject (person) in his life together with other subjects (people), and negative trends, on the contrary, interfere with the modern subject (person).

Virtual Reality of the Information Society

           Absract
The end of XX — beginning of XXI century marks a steady increase in the use of information technology, which is accompanied by the virtualization of human activity. The basis of modern society, as M. Castells notes [7], is constituted by “network structures”. It is through networks that new forms of various social institutions, structures, and communities are becoming established. Currently, studies of the features of such transformations in the process of mastering and implementing electronic virtual reality technologies, provoking various social challenges, are of particular relevance. One of the acute problems of our time is the contradiction between the process of globalization of the world and the desire for the identity of local cultures. The reduction of a priori identity leads to the accumulation of potential for the formation of a global network state, uniting citizens of a new social formation.
