    The scientific journal "Epomen" was founded in 2016 with the aim of organizing and expanding a single educational, scientific and innovative space. The scientific journal publishes the results of original research, as well as relevant analytical reviews, information about scientific events and discussion materials in Russian and English. As an exception, by agreement with the editors, materials in other languages ​​are accepted, but in this case they must be accompanied by information about a specialist - a native speaker who checked and edited the manuscript. All materials undergo a mandatory procedure of internal double-blind peer review, the editors aim to further improve the quality of peer review by attracting leading experts.
