Graduated from Volgograd Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in 1996 with a degree in Law. In 1997, he was hired as a lecturer at the Department of Operational Investigative Activities of Krasnodar Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In 2003, he defended a thesis for the degree of Candidate of Law (12.00.09 Criminal Procedure, Forensic Science, and Operational and Search Activities). By the decision of the dissertation council of Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of June 19, 2003 No. 31, he was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Law (approved by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on September 26, 2003). In 2012, the Ministry of Education and Sciences of the Russian Federation awarded him the academic title of associate professor at the Department of Operational and Search Activities and Special Equipment. In November 2015, he was retired for length of service from the position of associate professor at Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. His experience of teaching at the higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is over 19 years. The author of more than 150 scientific publications. |
