В монографии изложены результаты мультидисциплинарных исследований в области социогуманитарного и биомедицинского знания как общей технологической платформы фундаментальных исследований человека и его здоровья. Интенсивные изменения феномена означают потребность в общефилософской интерпретации представлений о его сущности, потенциале и системе ценностных и культурных координат, с которыми соприкасаются фармакотерапевтический арсенал современной медицины и еѐ социальная организация. Актуальность рассмотренных проблем носит методологическую интенцию в связи с социальным запросом на применение конвергентных технологий и социальных практик в сфере медицины, здравоохранения и биопромышленности. Технологии проектирования здоровья органически связана с анализом отдельных традиций и инноваций терапевтической практики, фармацевтического лечения, медицины как части социума и его экологии и культуры. Впервые рассматривается понятие биомедицинской рациональности, еѐ значение в когнитивном знании и техноукладе общества. Понятие объединяет знания об онтосе человека как социальном акторе, IT, биомедицинских технологиях. В новых социально-экономических условиях это придаѐт отечественной науке новый импульс развития. Оформляется информационная база медикосоциальных исследований, в которой через философские понятия и категории происходит обновление теоретико-прикладной площадки исследований, объединение когнитивной науки с технологическим мышлением и практикой здравоохранения. Через понятие когнитома как антропологической субстратной составляющей даѐтся синтетическое представление о еѐ биологических и социокультурных аспектах и возрастании сложности живого. Анализируется формирование проектности человеческого онтоса и первичное образование функциональных когнитивных структур в процессе антропосоциогенеза. Затрагиваются онтологические вопросы изучения сетевого принципа организации сознания в аспекте концептосферы. Даѐтся оценка парадигмы существования человека в Новейшем времени, в которой профилактика болезней приобретает первостепенное значение, а технои медицинская рациональность представляют собой грани единой рациональности. La monographie décrit les résultats de la recherche multidisciplinaire dans le domaine des connaissances sociogumanitaires et biomédicales en tant que plate-forme technologique générale de la recherche fondamentale humaine et de sa santé. Les changements intenses du phénomène signifient la nécessité d’une interprétation philosophique de l’essence, du potentiel et du système de coordonnées de valeur et de culture avec lesquels l’arsenal pharmacothérapeutique de la médecine moderne et son organisation sociale sont en contact. La pertinence des problèmes examinés est une introspection méthodologique en raison de la demande sociale d’applications de technologies convergentes et de pratiques sociales dans les domaines de la médecine, de la santé et de la biopromotion. Les technologies de conception de la santé sont organiquement liées à l’analyse des traditions individuelles et à l’innovation des pratiques thérapeutiques, des traitements pharmaceutiques, de la médecine dans le cadre de la société et de son écologie et de sa culture. C’est la première fois que la notion de rationalité biomédicale est examinée, son importance dans la connaissance cognitive et la technologie de la société. Le concept regroupe les connaissances sur l’ontos humain en tant qu’acteur social, informatique, technologie biomédicale. Dans les nouvelles conditions socioéconomiques, cela donne une nouvelle impulsion à la science nationale. La base d’information de la recherche médicale et sociale est en cours de mise en place, dans laquelle, à travers des concepts et des catégories philosophiques, le terrain de recherche théorique et appliquée est mis à jour, la science cognitive est combinée avec la pensée technologique et la pratique de la santé. La notion de cognitif comme composante anthropologique du substrat donne une idée synthétique de ses aspects biologiques et socioculturels et de la complexité croissante du vivant. La formation de la conception de l’ontos humain et la formation primaire des structures cognitives fonctionnelles dans le processus d’anthroposociogenèse est analysées. Les questions ontologiques de l’étude du principe réseau de l’organisation de la conscience dans l’aspect du concept sont abordées. L’évaluation du paradigme de l’existence humaine dans le Temps Dernier, dans lequel la prévention des maladies prend la plus haute importance et la rationalité technique et médicale sont les limites d’une seule rationalité. Health design technologies are organically connected with the analysis of individual traditions and innovations of therapeutic practice, pharmaceutical treatment, medicine as part of society and its ecology and culture. For the first time, the concept of biomedical rationality is considered, its significance in cognitive knowledge and technolocation of society. The concept combines knowledge about human ontos as a social actor, IT and biomedical technologies. In the new socio-economic conditions, this gives Russian science a new impetus of development. The formation of the human ontos design and the primary formation of functional cognitive structures during anthroposocyogenesis are analyzed. Ontological issues of studying the network principle of organization of consciousness in the aspect of the conceptosphere are touched upon. An assessment of the paradigm of human existence in modern times is given, in which disease prevention is of paramount importance, and techno- and medical rationality represent the facets of unified rationality.
