Originality
Before publication, the articles are checked for originality. The minimum allowable share of original material in the text is 70%, however, the final decision on acceptance of the article or rejection due to low originality remains with the editorial board, regardless of the results of the review.
Proofreading
All articles are proofread before publication. Any significant edits are subject to discussion with the author. The final version of the article is published in the journal, after which no changes can be made directly to the text of the article without the consent of the author. However, changes in the design of the article (including footnotes and references) can be made unilaterally by the editorial board.
Responsibility
The authors are responsible for the factual material of the articles. The point of view expressed in the works is the personal point of view of the authors and may not coincide with the opinion of the editorial board.
